Shipping Policy
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays). During peak periods processing times may be slightly longer. If a significant delay occurs we will contact you using the details provided at checkout.
Delivery
Standard UK delivery is free on all orders unless otherwise stated at checkout. We ship via tracked courier services. Estimated delivery is 2–5 business days after dispatch.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to circumstances outside our control, including courier delays or adverse weather conditions.
Delivery Areas
We deliver to addresses within mainland United Kingdom. Deliveries to certain remote locations including parts of the Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, and Channel Islands may be subject to extended timeframes or additional charges, which will be displayed at checkout where applicable.
We are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses.
Your Legal Delivery Rights
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be delivered within the timeframe agreed at checkout, or within 30 days of order confirmation if no specific timeframe was agreed. If we are unable to deliver within this period, you have the right to request a revised delivery date or cancel your order for a full refund.
Ownership and Risk
Goods remain the responsibility of ZipCarts until delivered to you or to a person you have authorised to receive them, without prejudice to your statutory consumer rights.
Dispatch Confirmation
You will receive a dispatch confirmation email once your order has shipped. Where tracking is available, a tracking reference will be included.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Deliveries
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe or arrives in a damaged condition, contact us at sales@zipcarts.co.uk as soon as possible. We will investigate with our courier and provide a resolution in line with your rights under UK consumer law, including repair, replacement, or a full refund where appropriate.
ZipCarts accepts no liability for delivery delays caused by events outside our reasonable control.
