Electric bikes sold by Zip Bikes Ltd T/A Zip Carts that comply with UK EAPC (Electrically Assisted Pedal Cycle) regulations may be used on public roads and cycle paths without requiring registration, insurance, or a licence. E-bikes or e-scooters that exceed UK EAPC limits are sold for private land use only. It is the customer's sole responsibility to ensure compliance with all applicable UK laws.
